The form also opens a pre-filled email in your own application so you keep a copy. When a request is submitted we additionally record limited technical details (such as IP address, browser type, and general device information) to help prevent fraud and abuse. If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and request information you choose to provide. Current customers may also provide device, account, billing, and support information needed for an agreed consumer service.
2. How we use information
We use information to evaluate individual requests, confirm a service, provide the agreed work, respond to support needs, maintain security, issue invoices, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Website storage
This website uses local browser storage only for essential purposes, such as remembering your cookie-notice acknowledgement and a random device identifier attached to a request you submit. It does not use advertising trackers. Request information is retained only as needed for the service, support, record keeping, and applicable law.
4. Service providers
Hosting, email, customer-relationship management (CRM), payment, cloud, and project tools may process limited information on our behalf. Any provider relevant to your personal data or chosen setup is disclosed when needed.
